Developing Strong Futures

“I know a lot of kids at Orchard Place have been let down by adults in their life,” says Josh Ingalls, a loyal donor who has included Orchard Place as a beneficiary of his retirement plan. “I want these kids to know they are important and a priority for someone.”

While serving on the Orchard Place Board of Directors, Josh saw firsthand that, “If kids get the right type of support at this point in their life, we can change their whole future outlook.”

When Josh moved from Des Moines to Seattle to pursue a career at Amazon, he stayed connected. He was instrumental in Amazon choosing Orchard Place for a year-end grant in 2020.
